Just Us Three

Hello! We are Aaron, Crystal, and Garrett!

We started our journey back in 2007, when we met while stationed at Davis-Monthan AFB in Tucson Az and the rest they say his history. We fell in love at first sight and grew our family when our son Garrett was born. Since then it's been just us three, moving wherever the Air Force needs us and living a beautiful life. 

We founded Grounds on Target during the lock down of 2020 based on a love for coffee, meeting new people, and desire to invest in ourselves while setting an example of hard work for our son to follow and grow into. During our start up we obtained a large at home roaster and proceeded to make bad coffee 100 different ways till we figured out how to get it right. Since learning all the lessons offered through trial and error we were able to produce a few delicious roasts. After meeting that pivotal milestone we decided to invest in a professional roaster and have been honing our craft to produce more delicious small batch coffee ever since.

We value the farmers and the farms our beans are sourced from and take great pride in offering some of the best coffee from South and Central America. We want to ensure that our roasts highlight the hard work put into growing each of these offerings, which is why we roast small, single sourced batches of coffee. Each bean is unique and we want to bring out their great flavors in every roast.
